Imagine Your Private Experience

Enjoy all the museum rooms designed for kids as young as 4. Use the Makerspace as your central area for tables, chairs, custom decorations and activities.

Groups are encouraged to book during non-operating hours to have private use of the museum.  Explore our offerings and feel free to reach out to groups@childrenconnectmuseum.com to discuss more custom options. 

Consider a trip to the ChildrenConnect Museum where we can customize a large group experience including creative play, customized crafts and more! Our field trip packages accommodate all children.

Our museum is an accessible space for Private, Public or Home-Schooled Children and groups.

Field Trip Package

$225 - Up to 15 Children
(Additional Children, $10/per child)

  • 2 hours of private field trip time, museum closed to the public. 
     

  • Field Trips are available on Wednesdays or Fridays, 9AM-11am.  Please reach out to the Museum Manager Isabel Almeida at Newnan@childrenconnectmuseum.com (470) 414-2455  if you need to discuss some slight timing adjustments.

  • Access to ALL play rooms 
     

  • Includes a guided craft/workshop session. Discuss with our Museum Manager a customizable topic or theme to tie into what your kids are learning. All materials provided.
     

  • Final child count and full payment collected on or before day of field trip, online or in-person.
     

  • Outside food and drinks are welcome. If planning lunch, leave enough time within that 2-hour time block to be served. 

We ask that groups provide their own chaperones (Ideally 4 people, 1 for each play room), only one ChildrenConnect staff person will be onsite.

 

We also ask that field trip groups help with light clean-up, throwing away trash, tidying up activity rooms and removing any items you've provided.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 15 days prior to the field trip date will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made 7-14 days prior to the field trip date may either reschedule within a 3 month period subject to availability -or- receive a 50% refund of the base fee.

  • Cancellations made 0-6 days prior to the field trip date may reschedule within a 3 month period subject to availability and will not receive any refund.

 

Field trip groups who opted for pay in full onsite (day of field trip) will be invoiced for cancellations based on above policies.
