Field Trips

Take Your Kids on an Adventure!
 

Day care centers or school groups, are you looking for somewhere new, exciting, and educational to take your kids? Consider a field trip to the ChildrenConnect Museum where we can customize a large group experience including creative play, customized crafts and more!

Field Trip Package

$225 - Up to 15 Children
(Additional Children, $15/per child)

  • 2 hours of private field trip time, museum closed to the public.  Includes 1/2 hour set-up and 1/2 hour clean-up time, for a total of 3 hours.
     

  • Field Trips are available on Wednesdays or Fridays, 9AM -Noon. Please reach out to the Field Trip Coordinator if you need to discuss some slight timing adjustments.
     

  • Access to ALL play rooms -- Connecting Room, Your World Room, Pre-k Playroom, and Imagination Lab.
     

  • Includes a guided craft/workshop session. Discuss with our Field Trip Coordinator a customizable topic or theme to tie into what your kids are learning. All materials provided.
     

  • Entrance for up to 15 children included with $225 base field trip fee. Additional children will be $15/ per child. Final child count and full payment collected on or before day of field trip, online or in-person.
     

  • Outside food and drinks are welcome.

We ask that groups provide their own chaperones (Ideally 4 people, 1 for each play room), only one ChildrenConnect staff person will be onsite.

 

We also ask that field trip groups help with light clean-up, throwing away trash, tidying up activity rooms and removing any items you've provided. Your Field Trip Coordinator will handle deeper cleaning.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 15 days prior to the field trip date will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made 7-14 days prior to the field trip date may either reschedule within a 3 month period subject to availability -or- receive a 50% refund of the base fee.

  • Cancellations made 0-6 days prior to the field trip date may reschedule within a 3 month period subject to availability and will not receive any refund.

 

Field trip groups who opted for pay in full onsite (day of field trip) will be invoiced for cancellations based on above policies.
