Want to bring your own decor and supplies? Try our Basic Package. Is life pretty busy and you need someone to get supplies and decorate for you? Try our Premiere Package. Looking for something in between? Our Deluxe Package might be best for you.

  • Includes table covers, cups, cutlery, and napkins in Color Palette Selection options along with setup of these items
  • Color tableware available for children only. 
  • Add your additional decor in the 1 hour prior to party time​

​   2 Balloon columns in Color Palette Selection

  • 3 Panel solid color backdrops (4ft, 5ft, and 6ft tall)

  • Includes table covers, cups, cutlery, napkins in Color Palette Selection and setup of all items

  • Color tableware available for children only.

  • Add any of your additional theme decor

You may arrive 1 hour prior to your scheduled party time to add your touches. The Party Coordinator will have already set up table and chairs, and for those who have purchased the Deluxe or Premiere package the Party Coordinator will also be setting up your chosen decorations.

We ask that parents hosting a birthday party help with end of event clean-up. This includes throwing away trash, tidying up activity rooms and removing any items you've provided.

Booking Policy

  • Birthday parties are only scheduled during non-museum hour party time slots. 

  • A full party package payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your date. If you have more than 12 guests plus the birthday child (13 total) then the charge will be $10 per child and payment will be collected on the party date.

  • If you are not familiar with ChildrenConnect, feel free to stop by during museum hours before booking.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 15 days prior to the party date will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made 7-14 days prior to the party date may either reschedule within a 3 month period subject to availability -or- receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made 0-6 days prior to the party date may reschedule within a 3 month period subject to availability and will not receive any refund.
