It's a piece of cake! We make a creative birthday party fun and easy. Choose which package is right for you, book your date and party time, and then your Birthday Party Coordinator will connect with you to confirm the details. Let's Party!

​All Party Packages Include
 

  • 2 Hours of Private Museum Party Time + 1 Hour Setup + 1 Hour Cleanup (4 Hours Total)

Basic

  • Provide your own decor and setup your decorations in the 1 hour prior to party time.

  • Includes Table Covers, Cups, Cutlery, Napkins in Primary Color Selection and setup of these items

Premiere
Party Package

$375

  • 2 Balloon Columns in Color Palette Selection

  • Includes Table Covers, Cups, Cutlery, Napkins in Premiere Color Palette Selection and setup of all items

  • Add any of your additional theme decor

Birthday parties can be scheduled during non-museum hour party time slots. Need more than 2 hours? You can choose to book the following party time block if it is available for the Basic Package price of $250.

You may arrive 1 hour prior to your scheduled party time to add your touches. The Group Coordinator will have already set up tables, chairs, and table cloths and for those who purchase the Deluxe package the Coordinator will also be setting up your chosen decorations.

We ask that parents hosting a birthday party help with light clean-up, throwing away trash, tidying up activity rooms and removing any items you've provided. Your  Coordinator will handle the deeper cleaning.

A full party package payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your date. Add on items like additional children or booking an additional time block will be separately invoiced.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 15 days prior to the party date will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made 7-14 days prior to the party date may either reschedule within a 3 month period subject to availability -or- receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made 0-6 days prior to the party date may reschedule within a 3 month period subject to availability and will not receive any refund.

Trying to book a last minute party? If your desired party date is within 7 days the booking calendar won't show available. Please reach out to our Party Director to see if we can accommodate.
